"Great place. We enjoyed time. Pool and hot tub seam to leak over edges and lose water. We had some small issues with the heat and fullness of pool. Host was very responsive. Pool was fixed fast. Lots of room beaches not to far away. 4.9 stars"

"This has to be the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. The little touches like a few bottles of water, coffee pods and snacks were a great bonus. I actually forgot some clothes and they contacted me quickly so i could arrange to pick it up.
Higly recommend for your next trip to Kingsville. "

"The property had many accommodations and activities to do during the stay. From the living/sleeping spaces, the game room, and the outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do. The water was lower than shown in the photo (the water was not close to the dock like the photo, had to walk to get to the shore). Host had good communication and answered all questions. Highly recommend unless the water level is a deal breaker."

"Very pleased with the host and the house. House is very clean, orderly, and 100% set up with the tenant in mind. We had need for nothing and the owner had thought of our needs ahead of time. We will be definitely scheduling another stay."

"Linda was spot on property was in condition as noted on website. I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work communicated with Linda got on the phone for work purposes and before I knew it a new coffee maker was waiting on the porch! Will stay again! "
