"I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. Upon reaching the front desk in late afternoon, he presented his driver's license and a card. He said he had a reservation. The front desk clerk said no reservation - almost gleefully. Really put him through the ringer to just check in. He said his wife made it. She kept pointing out things like there wasnt an address or phone number on file. He really didnt know...

"I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. "The room was mostly clean... except the mirrors. They were gross!! I cleaned them myself. It looked like someone cleaned them with a greasy dirty rag. The floor was clean. Bathroom clean. Sheets clean. Good enough for a night's rest during long travel. The biggest problem was the window above the door with the brightest light shining thru. There's not really any way to cover it either, unless you have cardboard or tape or tacks. Bed was ok comfy but that light was so bright it was hard to sleep...

"Easy safe neighborhood. I have stayed more than once. Thoughtful front desk staff put me away from the busy sports team rooms."

"Staff was wonderful but the lack of cleanliness really took away from our stay. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room, scrubbed the surfaces that were covered in a film and dust. I bought extra sheets and covered all the linens, they smelled and were horribly stained. If they get the housekeeping under control - this would be a great place. "

"For a short one night stay room was fine. Clean inside. TV had no signal in the morning for some reason. Restaurants within walking distance which was really nice."

Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". "The room itself was okay. A little dated, and some damage to the tiling in the bathroom, but it was fine for our needs. The lighting however is terrible. Two extremely bright desk lamps (one on the desk, one on the nightstand),which left the rest of the room dark; but if you were in bed or at the desk with the light on, you were blinded. The lighting at the sink was a little dark. Overall not bad for an overnight stay, but with the lighting, I wouldn’t be able to stay any longer. Also…the bed is...
