"Mark and Joyce were very welcoming and friendly. They showed was the property and how to use the water toys(pontoon and Jet skis). It was a wonderful trip and would definitely come back."

"Seven of us stayed there. My girlfriend drove there. My buddy and his family drove there. My daughter and I arrived by boat. Having a boathouse was very cool that I didn't have to cover my boat. The view was amazing. Upstairs master bedroom is very roomy. There's a dollar store and a Kroger within a mile of the property that has everything you can get food, toys supplies. The kids like d going to dairy Queen on their bikes. Overall it was a property that I will visit again, great communication...

"Definitely 5 stars! Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants and the ferry to Harson's Island. The house is all redone, it's beautiful and so comfortable! Great large lawn and large enclosed porch with amazing view of the water. Perfect water location, bright blue water that is perfect for swimming, floating and a long dock to use for your boat and jet ski which is what we did. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure! (super neighbors too!)"

"Property was perfect for a friends fishing weekend! Close proximity to the town and boat launches as well as beautiful lawn away from the neighbors. House is bigger than it appears and the pictures don’t do it justice! Upstairs day room is awesome!"

"Over all this was the most pleasant stay I have ever had. There was plenty of parking for 2 boat rigs. The dock was set up perfectly. Easy to dock boats and charge. The layout of the house was great. The area was peaceful. the neighbors were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone wants to come back. Working with the owner was extremely easy. He was very informative about the area. I would rate the stay as a 5. Thanks for a good time."

"House was absolutely perfect for myself and my 2 sons on our 2nd annual father sons fishing trip. The dock made it perfect to just take off and go fish the river first thing in the morning. Jody was very responsive to my questions. Would highly recommend. "

"The house is beautifully updated, plenty of sleeping space and the best thing is the beautiful lake view & lake activities available.We were there for a family wedding but decided to have a vacation at this house too!"

"This was a wonderful little upstairs unit with a lovely view of the river! There was plenty of room it was just as pictured. We all enjoyed our stay and the host was quick to respond to any and all communications from us. We will definitely refer our family there and would absolutely stay again!"

"Guest service check in lady was very nice and made the process easy. Overall made the stay. The stove didn’t work properly didn’t find out until way after check in. Pool wasn’t open but the area is nicely set up "

"Justin's property on the water is the perfect spot for a small family's weekend getaway to explore the island! My boys fished, rode bikes and used their scooters. We were able to keep our 23ft powerboat on the backside of the cottage with ease. Plenty of space for truck and trailer on the property. The cottage had all of the essentials covered and more. Justin was an excellent host! My son forgot his pole, Justin dropped one off for him to use. He helped resolve a significant issue with our...
