Enviable location close to the beaches surrounded by greenery. WiFi and Air Conditioning.

Located in Alghero, this air-conditioned holiday home offers a large patio, an enclosed garden and free private parking.

In total 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + outdoor shower in the garden.

The garden is magnificent, shaded with barbecue area, large gazebo, table tennis table, numerous covered verandas, outdoor shower, ample parking.

This elegant villa situated in a prestigious setting on the outskirts of Alghero offers our guests a large enclosed garden full of tall pine trees.

The villa is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Villa Galatea is embellished by a large bright room characterized by large windows that make the environment bright and welcoming.

Inside, the villa is divided into two floors, the living area and the sleeping area, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Ground floor, living room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom and second bedroom with sofa bed.

Second floor, 2 attic bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning.

In total the villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms on the second floor, one with en-suite bathroom and both with mansard roof.

There are 2 bathrooms in total, all with shower.

The very large and cosy living area offers a nice kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

The outside of the villa is well cared for in every detail, and it will be a pleasure to spend the evenings in the cool, in the company of friends and family.

In the garden there is a comfortable barbecue, two covered verandas, well-kept garden furniture, gazebo, table tennis and parking.

In July and August arrivals are accepted on Saturdays. For different dates contact the owner.

The property is 2.5 km from Alghero, 2 km from the beaches, 10 km from Alghero airport and 28 km from Porto Torres port.

We leave our guests the maximum freedom and discretion but we are always available if they need us.

The car is necessary to reach the villa, to do the shopping, to reach the town of Alghero which is located a short distance away.

Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in cash.

Peaceful relaxing villa

A lovely spacious villa, well-equipped. A totally peaceful setting, but only a few minutes drive from beach and several very good restaurants. Outside area really is beautiful.

Gutes Ferienhaus.

Großes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz draußen, schöner Außenküche (Grill), separater Außendusche und einem Tischtennis. Relativ kleine Küche, welche jedoch gut ausgestattet ist. Insgesamt sind 4 Schlafzimmer im Haus, aber nur 2 in der oberen Etage sind mit einer Klimaanlage versehen (die 2 unteren Zimmer haben nur ein Ventilator). Die oberen Zimmer haben allerdings ausgeprägte Schräge und sind dadurch relativ klein. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, welcher immer hilfsbereit war. Wir haben in dem Haus insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Maison bien placée, confort à travailler

Une maison à proximité d'Alghero et de ses commodités. Parking pour plusieurs voitures. Un bel extérieur permettant aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité, un barbecue et une table de ping pong à disposition. Des propriétaires réactifs et disponibles Une maison disposant de 3 vraies chambres et non de 4, et d'un salon avec porte coulissante permettant de disposer d'un 4e espace avec canapé lit. La literie mériterait d'être actualisée, la plupart des lits étants en fait des canapés lits sans confort. 2 chambres se situent à un étage mansardé, nécessitant de se baisser pour accéder aux espaces. 2 salles d'eau avec cabine de douche de petite taille. Des portes vitrées fumées séparent les différentes pièces et laissent donc passer la lumière du jour. Une cuisine équipée d'un grand frigo/congélateur, et équipements en plus dans le salon. Un peu plus de vaisselles permettrait de limiter le recours au lave vaisselle, ce d'autant plus que l'électricité est à payer en plus (30€ pour 7 jours sans climatisation ou chauffage). Lit parapluie sur demande, à payer en plus. Une annonce et des photos qui promettent plus que la réalité, des prestations limitées, un prix surévalué.

Great location and absolutely fantastic hosts

This home is in a great location - only 10 mins drive to the local shops and the old town of Alghero and lovely beaches. You will need a car to best enjoy the area. The hosts were and are amazing, we had an issue with a flat tyre with our car on arrival and they helped coordinate a local mobile mechanic to come and fix the issue for us within hours. The hosts even came back when the mechanic arrived to the house to ensure everything went smoothly! This support really reduced our stress levels - I cannot thank the hosts enough for this support! Thank you, thank you! Overall, the hosts are very quick to respond and are there to help when needed - they are great communicators and sort out any issues very quickly. The gardens are lovely and there is an outdoor shower that we enjoyed daily. Please note that the bathrooms are quite small - in particular the showers and the ceiling in the bedroom on the top floor has quite a steep incline - this is represented in the photos that have been provided within the listing. Overall, a lovely stay! Thank you.

Nice House for a Family

The House has got a lot of space to stay inside and outside. We stayed there with our three young- adult chidren, they loved the pingpong tabel. The kitchen is very well equipped. You need a car for everything to do like going in town, to the beach, buy groceries. The hosts were very friendly and tried to help in all situations. We could reach them any time.

Family Vacation

We had a great time, the house was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We loved the outdoor patio where we were able to BBQ and have dinner. The location was very close to town and the beautiful beaches.

Fantastico!

La villa si trova a pochissimi chilometri da Alghero e dalle vicine spiaggie (Le bombarde in primis), immersa nel verde e nella tranquillitá assoluta. Ampio giardino, spazio barbeque esterno - con lavello affianco - , un gazebo sotto al quale mangiare, una comodissima doccia calda all'esterno e tantissimo spazio, sia in casa che fuori. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza estrema e colgo l'occasione per ringraziarli nuovamente. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare a far loro una visita.

Erholung auf einem schönes Anwesen.

Schönes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Check in mit den Eigentümern und einer deutschsprachigen Kontaktperson, die uns alles im und um das Haus und das Grundstück erklärt hat. Im Anschluss gab es noch eine Menge Infos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Alghero. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ausreichend gewesen. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit einem separaten Gefrierbereich ist vorhanden, sowie Gasherd und Elektrobackofen. Großer Fernseher ist vorhanden Die Programme sind aber nur in italienischer Sprache. Internetverbindung gut. Video on demand auf dem Fernseher ist möglich, wenn man einen Laptop dabei hat und ein HDMI-Kabel. Die Betten sind unterschiedlich gut gefedert. Schlafmöglichkeiten im Erdgeschoss für 4 Personen. Im Obergeschoss gibt es 2 weitere Zimmer mit je einem Doppenbett. In einem dieser oberen Doppelbetten liegt man jedoch bretthart. Im sehr gepflegten Außenbereich gibt es eine überdachte Terasse, eine Außendusche, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Waschmaschine. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, weil auch das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist und wir uns hier sicher aufgehoben gefühlt haben.Von hier aus kann man sehr gut die Umgebung mit dem Auto erkunden.

best holiday ever

eine wunderschöne Villa in Alghero! Wir hatten uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Sehr sauber; alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist optimal, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Strand Maria Pia ist in 5 Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Während unserer 11-Tägigen-Aufenthalt haben wir mehrmals den Strand Ezzi Manu besucht, 40 km entfernt, aber der Trip lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Besten Dank an Roberto und Graziella!

Beau séjour

Location idéalement placée avec un grand terrain tout autour. Le jardin est agréable. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. La climatisation dans les chambres du haut a été très appréciée. Le 4 ème couchage est dans une pièce au grand jour. Un des canapés lits n'est pas confortable. Graziella et son mari ont été très accueillants, disponibles et adorables. Ils nous ont renseignés sur les commodités et visites de leur île. Ils nous ont accueillis avec des spécialités locales. Merveilleux séjour en famille.

Location splendida e confortevole

Ho soggiornato con famiglia e amico pochi giorni fa. Ci tengo a sottolineare oltre alla splendida location facilmente verificabile dalle foto (parte esterna veramente notevole, piano terra spazioso e confortante, primo piano un po’ stretto) la disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari: due veri signori! Consigliatissimo per chi vive la vacanza soprattutto all’esterno e per famiglie con figli.

Perfect house close to Alghero, very clean and super owners

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit einem Grill, Parkmöglichkeiten für mind 3 Autos, Sitzgelegenheit und einer Dusche im Freien. Außerdem ist es eine sehr ruhige und abgeschiedene Gegend. Zum Strand ist es zu weit zum Laufen, man erreicht den Strand Maria Pia aber ganz einfach mit dem Auto. Am Strandeingang 5 gibt es auch viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Wenn diese alle belegt sind, gibt es auch kostenpflichtige, die 1€ die Stunde kosten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Laufen ist es jedoch etwas weit. Zudem muss der Müll zu einer Sammelstelle gebracht werden, weshalb sich ein Auto auf jeden Fall lohnt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Seife, Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer unter dem Dachboden haben eine Klimaanlage, sodass man die Zimmer kühl halten kann, wenn sie sich tagsüber aufheizen. Graziella und Roberto waren super Gastgeber und haben stets geholfen. Sie waren immer sehr gut erreichbar. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Great villa for amazing holidays

Just returned from a most amazing holiday in Sardinia. We stayed in this really beautiful villa which was well equipped, very very spacious, clean and so close to the beach. All linen and towels were provided and the villa has all the facilities. The owners are ever so nice and accomodating and nothing is a problem for them. Every email I sent to Maria was replied to within an hour which was really good as the villa was booked from England. Taxis were also arranged for us from the airport which brought us straight to the villa at a reasonable rate. We will return!

Trés bel maison

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La location était parfaite avec une superbe jardine. L'équipement de la villa était complet. Immergé dans la nature, il dispose d''une très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Endroit très calme et reposant permettant de rejoindre facilement les magnifiques plages de Alghero. L''appartement est assez bien équipé. Very nice house. We had a great holiday. The rental was perfect with a beautiful garden. The equipment of the villa was complete. Immersed in nature, it has a beautiful view from the terrace. Very quiet and relaxing place to easily reach the beautiful beaches of Alghero. The apartment is pretty well equipped.
