Casa Avrelia is a spacious two-storey country house with both front and back entrances, set in a peaceful rural location with mountain views. You have high-speed internet, house alarm with Prosegur, gym and AC.
Villa Avrelia is a spacious 280 m² country house on a large estate, with mountain views and ideal for up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can pick fresh herbs and fruit from the garden. It is quiet and the sky is full of stars, on a clear night you can see the Milky way and swim under the stars. If you enjoy tranquility, clean air and country living, while still close to Palma and airport, this is the place for you.
The estate is a 15-minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from Palma. Marina Arenal with water sports, SUP, surfing, and windsurfing is 20 minutes away. Son Gual Golf is 7 minutes away. It is a perfect location for biking.
The village of Algaida is 5 minutes away with cafés, restaurants, local festivals, and tennis. Recommended excursions include Playa de Muro, Pollença, Port de Pollença, Sóller, Port de Sóller, and Jardines de Alfabia.

Ground floor
You enter through a large, welcoming entrance hall. To the right is a private section with a small corridor, a bathroom and a generous master bedroom overlooking the garden and fountain – ideal for couples with small children. A cot and high chair are available on request.
The open-plan living and dining area seats 8–10 people and features a fireplace, television, board games, books and toys for children. Next to it is a fully equipped separate kitchen with a breakfast area (round table and four chairs). Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room, complete with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
From here a door leads to the private gym, which includes another bathroom. The gym is equipped with a Concept 2 rowing machine, an exercise bike, weights, a bench press and a full set of barbells and dumbbells.
First floor
Upstairs you will find a second master bedroom with views over the large garden and the mountains, plus two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has its own terrace, large wardrobes and comfortable beds.
Outdoor living
The house has a southern orientation. The pool and patio face west, so you can enjoy the evening sun for outdoor dining and swimming. A night swim under the stars is truly magical.
As the property is located in the countryside, the night sky is exceptionally clear. On a cloudless night you can easily see the Milky Way, constellations and planets.
