"Great place to stay if you arrive late or are heading to airport early, as it’s only 5min drive. The owner can arrange transport to airport for 15$. The house was very clean and exactly as described, would defiantly stay again."

"The place was beautiful and close to everything. There is a mini mart just around the corner and 20ish minutes to Walmart. There was all sorts of birds and wild life to watch out of the tall living room windows"

"Overall I’m very pleased. While being centrally downtown, there is easy access to banks, museums, parks and a wide choice of food! The only issues were figuring out where the light switches were, getting the shower to turn on and the traffic noise levels. Regardless it’s a great value and I’m headed back there in a few weeks! ¡Pura Vida!"

"Extremely good value for the price. It was clean and the beds were comfy.The only difficulty we had was finding the place. There is no civic numbers like in the US or Canada or numbers so it is difficult to find a house. Then there is locks everywhere and at night is very difficult to find the padlocks."

"The property management is extraordinarily easy to work with. They have an extensive knowledge of the area. We have stayed multiple times and have never been disappointed. Scarlet Macaws and green parrots visit as well as numerous lizards and other birds. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Great place to relax and close to highways if you want to visit San Jose. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"This property is stunning! Photos properly represent the home, which has a prime location, just a 20-minute walk to Atenas.
