"This was our third year in a row staying here and it will not be our last. Amazing location, amazing property, always clean and comfortable. Its a short walk to downtown, you are right on the water to access your boat, and Carnagie marina is located directly across from the property, making parking your vehicle and boat trailer so easy and painless. The owners are always responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this propery enough! We love it and look forward to coming here every summer. "

"Host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. He even shared veggies from his own garden with us. The best part is the location. We love Alexandria Bay and being on the waterway was special. There were 13 people in our party and everybody had a bed. We hope to stay here again in the future. "

"Our host Jennifer was great; answered any questions we had very promptly. The location is great, as we expected, a short 5 min walk to the main street. The home was exactly as advertised, excellent condition and very clean and tidy. We loved our 2 night stay and would definitely stay there again. The only negative (small) is if you are serving meals to more than 2-3 people the high top table can be somewhat limited. It was fine for our dinner for two. Thanks for a great experience."

"We had a wonderful time at Sunset Cottage! The house is clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the grounds and scenery/views are great! We appreciated the kayaks that were available for our use and the ability to dock our pontoon boat so conveniently. Keith and his wife are fantastic hosts! It is clear that they truly care about the property and the comfort and happiness of their guests. We would stay here again and recommend to others. "
