"Absolutely lovely! Comfy, clean, well decorated, great communication from the owner, easy parking, lovely breakfast - it was a wonderful stay. We wished we had more time to enjoy the cottage!"

"We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place."

"The host was present, friendly but unobtrusive. The cottage is completely charming, the bed was the most comfortable we've had in several trips. The make your own breakfast charming and delicious, can't say enough about this location, loved it! "

"I booked this house for a family trip and we had plenty of room and things to do without even leaving the house. The views are beautiful. We rented the boat, we went kayaking, we swam right there by the dock and we fished. My grandkids would play ping pong in the evening. The kitchen was great to cook in and the Blackstone on the deck made great burgers. Great communication with Mark, the host. I would say if you plan on using the couch bed in the Arkansas room for a sleeping option, it's not...

"This was our first trip to Hot Springs and we weren’t sure what to expect. The kids had so much fun in the lake for the first three days, that besides leaving for food, we pretty much just stayed at the house. The cove location is perfect for swimming and the kayaks were a huge bonus. The beds were cozy too. We also enjoyed playing the games and finding cool rocks. Although the rest of hot springs wasn’t super exciting we all agreed that we would come back to stay at this sweet lake house again....

"Great location close to east gate. Conveniently located down the road from Isabella golf course. Our stay was fabulous. Very clean. Well appointed. Roku cable was easy to use. Very quiet neighborhood. Shower pressure was better than my house. Great communication from host. Will stay here again. Thank you. "

"The house was cute! Spacious enough for 4 adults and a service dog to stay comfortably ! The owners were gracious and let our friends and her service dog stay with us! The driveway was a bit tricky to find at first, its right there as you round the curve.. a heads-up would have been nice, but once we found it, it was fairly easy to return to! The owners(?) do live across the driveway, and there was someone staying in the upstairs of the house we stayed in, although it could have been a separate...

"It was neat, a bit dated, ceiling fans need caked on dust removed, great location, a bird’s nest is tucked away in the corner of the front entrance- each time you enter & leave the mother bird flies away- a bit scary. Peaceful deck to watch golfers go by!Overall convenient location "

"From someone born and bred in Arkansas, here's my review. You couldn't ask for more out of the owner. A stand up fellow who had it stocked last minute for me and my girlfriend for Father's day: new rods, tackle, fresh worms, kayaks, paddle boat, fire wood, to name a few!Clean, pest free, beautiful scenery, plenty of space indoor and out, great fishing dock, boat house, launch ramp; you name it , you got it. Perfectly sized TV, high speed internet, in-house washer/dryer, great water pressure...
