"It was our first time visiting Hot Springs. The Waterfall cabin was a perfect welcome, and stay. The cabin is beautiful and the outdoor space is even more gorgeous, whether enjoying it during the day or night time. We had a peaceful and relaxing time. "

"The house was the perfect size for our family and had the amenities we need for a great stay. Our host was excellent and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again "

"The house was great. It meet all our needs for a family vacation with three families. The beds were nice and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be a second refrigerator, maybe out in the garage and an air fryer. Overall this is great rental that will leave you not wanting for anything . "

"We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!"

"I really loved this property. It felt very high end and I loved being on the 2nd floor. It has such nice natural lighting with all the windows and I really appreciated being able to open the windows as well. The property manager was also EXTREMELY nice and very responsive. I would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our time at this house. It was furnished with anything you may need. The host payed attention to every detail. Upon arriving we found snacks and beverages. The homel was very clean inside and out. We spent time outside in the evenings and it was quite peaceful. I highly recommend this home. "

"Excellent location, and property.... the house was neatly clean; it had everything you could need for a weekend stay. Beautiful views from the back deck , Beautiful lake, Quiet neighborhood. the only complaint I have is the Rudeness of the Community Gate Guards, super rude if you have Questions...Beside them everything was perfect!!!
