"I had business in town and my wife came with for the 4th. We do not have a boat but the access to the water by way of the dock was fantatic! She floatied around with the ducks for days. Property location was excellent right next to an ice cream shop. Everything we needed and more...deck..fire pit...lots of indoor space....just a nice property. Oh ...and owners were fantastically accommodating. Thanx!"

"We had a really nice time staying at Swordfish Dog Retreat. The house was clean, well appointed, and wonderfully decorated. It is within walking distance to the downtown and the lake. The lower level was stocked with everything you need to make your dog comfy and the fenced in yard was great too! Mike and Abby were easy to contact about check in and anything else we needed. We hope to stay again in the near future. "

"Home set up worked great for space with our family gathering coming from different parts of the states. Could use another refrigerator in the downstairs kitchen with the allowed large group. Some light bulbs out and coffee makers took over an hour to brew 12 cups. The location is perfect for those that need a larger space and want the country. If you want to be near or close to water, would not recommend. The public dock nearby is over grown and rocky. The privacy, cleanliness and space were A!"

"We had the BEST time staying here! The location was perfect!! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, room for our ENTIRE family, games to play, enough space for privacy & cozy spaces for everyone to gather comfortably. The kitchen had everything you could need & with another kitchen space below we had more than enough room to prepare for our Grandmas 90th birthday celebration! Photos don’t do this home justice.
