"Spectacular stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was excellent — within walking distance to everything in Palermo. Communication was great, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very easy, with simple instructions to follow. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!"

"It was a nice stay and the location was fairly good. Keep in mind it is a bit of a walk or uber ride to the nicer cafes and other points of interest in Palermo. The most important thing to know about this stay is that it is quite noisy. There is a school or daycare centerer that starts very early in the morning and you will hear kids yelling, shouting, and playing starting before 8am. Even with a sound machine it was very loud. "The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that. "I had a wonderful stay at In House BA – Le Coq. The studio apartment was well-equipped and had all the amenities you would expect from a comfortable apartment.
