"The room was clean and very compact, it lacked appeal but had most of the amenities you would want at this price. There is no interaction with staff at all as self check in, the heating wasn’t on although the radiator in the hall was hot, one curtain hardly covered the window, my room,2, was at the front of the property so people leaving the pub were talking loudly at 11.30/12pm and then again at 1am which woke me up, the shower was good, the wash basin so tiny you couldn’t get the tiny kettle...

The breakfast was nice it was a breakfast buffet next door. The gym was small but decent for a workout The pool sauna and jacuzzi was amazing, steam room wasn’t working when I went though or was not set up "

"The room was okay. Though to be fair clean. The beds were a tad uncomfortable. The bed had a ridge at the side so probably needs a new matress. The pillars were cheap. One was too low and two were too high. The breakfast was of a reasonable standard. Though I doubt whether the sausages were Welsh sausages. Probably cheap sausages from wholesale suppliers. "The hotel was under renovation and not providing any hot food only continental breakfast, as a diabetic I couldn't have the bread, yoghurt, cerials, jams or croissants. The continental breakfast were £15. We were not informed about the renovations before arrival, if we were we would have c. Cancelled. "
