"The condo was perfect for our group of 4 friends. We had 3 first timers to Seattle and the location was so convenient for experiencing the big ticket tourist items. The condo was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with our kitchen and bathroom needs. We had one service need which was quickly rectified and did not impact our stay at all. Great instructions and communications by the owner made for a problem free stay! Highly recommend this place!"

"Lovely apartment in fantastic neighbourhood. Close to so much. Cool street with jazz/blues bar right across the street. Very clean and modern inside. Lots of bedroom/clothing storage. Diego was there to meet us with all the instructions. And a super powerful air conditioning for the 35 degree June days. Fast wi-fi and easy to connect. And new windows that make the apartment super quiet. The balcony was nice but with the heat we didn’t use it much. Was very clean when we arrived. The main room...

"The house was older, but somewhat updated. The house was older but safe and secure. It was a bit dirty when we arrived, the counters, floors, frig, stove and tables were dirty. There were many finishing touches that were not done in the house, and it just seemed to be rushed through. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was at the bottom of that list. Overall, it was a good stay, but I don't think we'll be back. "
