    Relax by sunbathing on any of the 6 hammocks surrounding the pool, or on the grass itself, as you prefer. If you're more into soaking, you can cool off in this incredible 7.3m x 3.5m pool.

    You can prepare whatever food you like on the fascinating barbecue and enjoy it at the table in front of the pool or under the porch enjoying the breeze. You can also relax by reading a book in the chill-out area.



    The interiors are designed to provide maximum comfort for 6 people, with a spacious living-dining room that invites relaxation, reading, or enjoying moments in front of the television. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living-dining room, facilitating the preparation of any desired dish.



    It has three bedrooms, all double, and one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is easily accessible from the other two bedrooms.



    The main bathroom has a bathtub and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, to suit everyone's preferences.



    The entire dwelling is equipped with air conditioning to ensure pleasant vacations.



    This charming villa is just a 10-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, Playa de Alcudia, where you will find kilometers of white sandy beach and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Lovely and quiet at night with less than a t minute walk from the bars and restaurants

Great value

Great place to stay. It is bigger than the photos suggest and has loads of space. The agents were helpful and sorted out an airport transfer much cheaper than a standard taxi. There’s no need for a Cara’s you can walk everywhere or take the buses which are cheap and regular.

der Fernsehempfang hat die ersten Tage gestottert, wurde aber besten behoben. Wir haben den Billiard Tisch auf dem Foto vermisst !!!

Great value and quality

Excellent location, less than 15 minutes from the sea with several restaurants and bars nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet, with street parking available. The house was generally clean, but there was a strong musty smell throughout the stay, and some items were really dirty (e.g., TV remote and hairdryer). Another downside was the gardener entering without notice to check the pool he came in without ringing the bell and opened the front door, which was very annoying since we were not informed about this. Overall, a good and recommended stay.

A lovely house in a perfect location

A lovely house in a perfect location-only 10 minutes walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We rented a car for our stay but realised that local buses are very good. The house is well-loved and lived-in but equally well looked after. The garden and pool were maintained during our stay but we never noticed as they were very quiet and respectful. We made use of the cot and high chair which were clean and the cot came with a bed sheet. The tiles get very slippery when went so be aware when walking through after using the pool. The only issue is that there are a lot of mosquitoes around the house because of the beautiful shady bushes- especially by the steps of the swimming pool and front entrance of the house. I suggest you take a lot of insect repellent keep topping up the plug in repellent and keep the windows closed. Other than that we had a lovely stay and it has peaked our interest for returning to Mallorca and the Alcudia area for another visit.
