I give this property 2 Star mainly because of the location. To begin our stay, obtaining the key was difficult. I was given the instruction by email where the key box is but it was kind of misleading with the arrow pointed to the front door of the apartment block. In fact the key box was hidden under a bush and one had to bend right down on the ground to access it. I made several attempts before the agent called me back.We were given half a roll of toilet paper for our 5 nights stay. I was told clothes washing powder would be provided for the washing machine but there was none. There was no coffee, no tea, no sugar.The bath towels had seen better days. The shower unit is hideous and the holder for the hand shower does not stay up. The radiator and mirror are rusty. The Jacuzzi is dirty and a waste of space. There is a leak under one of the basins in the bathroom. The other basin has a tap that sticks out in the middle of it and makes it difficult to use without splashing water on the floor. There is also a leak in the living room area on the floor by the bathroom possibly from the shower in the bathroom. I emailed and texted the agent to inform them of the leaks but received no reply at all from them. There is no mop and clothes to wipe or clean up. No dust pan and vacuum cleaner to use during our stay. The mattress in the large bedroom is filthy and covered with stains.Worst vrbo apartment we had experienced and we are frequent travellers.
