  • El Sol es un bonito apartamento situado en el Puerto de Alcudia, a muy pocos minutos caminando de la increíble y maravillosa playa del norte de Mallorca.



    El apartamento pertenece a un pequeño complejo con una gran piscina comunitaria y zonas de césped.

    La vivienda se encuentra en la planta baja y cuenta con una terraza amueblada con una mesa para 4 personas y una barbacoa para disfrutar de la buena temperatura de Mallorca. El interior de la casa dispone de un salón comedor con un sofá, otra mesa de comedor para 4 personas y una pequeña cocina con barra americana. Además, el apartamento tiene un baño con ducha, una habitación con una cama nido y otra con una cama de matrimonio y acceso directo a una segunda terraza en la parte trasera de la vivienda.

    Tanto el salón comedor como las dos habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado. Adicionalmente, la propietaria proporciona toallas de piscina además de las toallas de baño.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr schön, dass bereits eine Basisausstattung zum Kochen und Wohnen (Olivenöl, Klopapier, Zewa, Waschmittel) vorhanden war. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist quasi nicht vorhanden.

Absolutely loved it!!

One of the best if not the best place I’ve stayed in Mallorca. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your vacations, and fully stocked with everything. Very detailed oriented, great pool, walking distance from the Alcudia port and the beach Would definitely stay here again !

Hat was man braucht, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Küche und nahe am Pool und zu Fuss sind es einige Minuten zum Strand. Hatten entspannte Ferien.

Family holiday to Alcudia

wonderful accommodation in Alcudia. The apartment was so well equipped. lovely welcome basket of goods. great location and nicely spaced out apartment. plenty of room for my family. We would most defiantly come again and stay here. cant fault anything, it was great :)

We absolutely loved the place!!

There’s so much love for detail, a lot of space and it has everything you need and more. The hosts were very friendly, communicative and helpful. As it was off-season it was very quiet and peaceful. We felt quite at home, especially our little daughter enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Sehr gemütliche und einladende Wohnung

Herzlicher Empfang mit Obst und allem, was man braucht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute und relativ kurze Wege zu Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants, Pool zur Mitnutzung rundet dieses Angebot ab. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nice and very clean property good located

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment, located at the same time at the heart of Alcúdia while still offering really quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, everything was clean and well maintained and the communication was quick, friendly and very informative. Perfect for a familya group of friends.

En cuanto a la ubicación, he de decir que está a 6 o 7 minutos andando de la playa y hay supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes en los alrededores

Alles war super organisiert. Es stand sogar ein Korb mit Früchten und Süßigkeiten auf dem Tisch (inklusive einer Flasche Sekt). Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage

Es war alles da, was man braucht - gut ausgestattete Küche, angenehme Klimaanlage, viele, viele Handtücher und diverse Kleinigkeiten wie Seife, Spülmittel, Putzlappen, ... Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Garten und Pool sind klasse, vor allem wenn man mit Kind verreist und die Wege zu Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß machbar.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist schön eingerichtet. Man hat zwei Terassen und eine davon mit Blick auf den Pool. Wir können nichts negatives berichten.

great flat

the flat was great, quiet location and really cute. superb location near the beach and supermarket. having two terraces was amazing we could really relax near the swimming pool and having really nice and private meals outside. the flat was extremely well equipped (even the beach towels!!) and the goodie bag on arrival was most welcome. the only improvement maybe having two tea towels instead of one ?

A great long weekend

We had a lovely long weekend here. It was peaceful, yet so close to the beach and restaurants, and bus stops. It was extremely clean. I would definitely return. We didn’t get chance to use the pool but I’m sure in summer it’s perfect. We loved that there is has a front and back porch so you get the sun all day long! There was a gorgeous welcome basket with wine and fruit waiting for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated too!

Celui-ci était vraiment très propre et très bien équipé.

D’ailleurs c’est la première fois que l’on a une corbeille avec des fruits, biscuits, bouteille d’eau au frais pour notre arrivée et cela nous a fait très plaisir. Il faut aussi souligner que des sacs poubelles, du papier toilettes, etc… était disponible de réserve dans le réduit et c’est très rare dans des locations Airbnb. Pour ce qui est des ustensiles de cuisine, là aussi il y’a énormément de choses pour pouvoir facilement se faire un repas. L’appartement était vraiment chouette et on était assez proche de la plage donc on a vraiment aimé y séjourner.

Logement très agréable à 2 pas de la plage

Logement confortable, propre, très bien équipé avec des attentions appréciables à l&#39arrivée, bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la plage et de commerces et restaurants, piscine agréable. C&#39est un détail mais les rideaux dans les chambres ne sont pas occultants donc il fait jour très tôt.
