"The rental was nice and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. I slept on the couch and my wife slept on pillows on the bed. Neither us got much sleep. We stayed one night instead of the two were charged for. The owner refunded 60 despite what they claimed was a subjective experience of the "bed firmness." You could feel the bed springs after 30 minutes. Totally disappointed since we were there to close a real estate transaction."

The first room that I looked at, had water dripping from the supply line at the toilet. I did not spend the night at this property and I would not recommend anybody else stay at this property."

"Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed...

"We loved staying at this cabin. It was far enough away from Townsend to be very private, but close enough to easily find all of the businesses and restaurants for our entertainment. It was also a great destination to visit the Eastern section of the Smokey Mountains including Cades Cove and other nature hikes and walks to get close to the natural wonders of the park. The fully stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated, along with the roomy bathroom situation. And we had plenty of room to spread...

"Came here for our 40th it was the perfect little cabin. Loved the whirl pool tub and the hot tub. Didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. The drive up to the cabin wasn’t as bad as we thought it might be. I few sharp turns but no roads were right next to any big cliffs. It is a beautiful drive and a beautiful Little place. Perfect for a couples getaway."
