It is approximately 100 meters from the sea, with access to a public sandy beach. The beachfront home is cool and airy and is equipped with everything a family of 4–5 people needs to enjoy a pleasant, peaceful beach vacation away from the stress of the city. At the same time, just a few hundred meters away, there are shops for all your needs, including a grocery store, bakery, pizzeria, and more.
