Description of the apartment:

Living Room: Spacious Room with Air Conditioning, 32 ”LED TV, DVD Player, Hi-Fi System, 2 Sofas (1 of them makes double bed) and Table w / 4 Chairs.
Bathrooms: Two complete with hair dryer (in suite).
Separate Kitchen: With Washing Machine & Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Induction Cooker, Extractor, Oven, Microwave, 100L Battery Storage, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Magic Wand, Kettle, Ironing Board & all Kitchen Train required. Crockery & Cutlery included as well as Cleaning Supplies (includes Vacuum Cleaner).
Balcony: With clothes rack, storage space and table with 4 chairs.
Swimming Pool: Common Pool located on the 10th floor (elevator to 9th floor).
(1) NOTE: The pool operates from May 1st to September 30th.

This apartment has been completely refurbished so that we can offer quality tourism to our guests. Upon arrival they will have a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift that has one purpose: to make them feel at home. Be welcome.


Booking and Rental Conditions:

* Check in: after 16h00;
* Check out: until 10h00;
* Down payment: 25% upon booking and remaining 75% upon check-in. This 25% must be paid through HomeAway page, paying a Service Fee, so that you can benefit from the Reserve with Confidence Guarantee.
* Mode of payment: Bank transfer or cash;
* If more people are found than those informed when booking the stay may be canceled immediately without refund of the deposit;
* Cleaning: Performed prior to check-in.
* Clothes: Bed linen, face and bath towels and kitchen towels are included.
* Covered parking available for 40 € / week.
* In July and August, reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.

We had a wonderful experience. Starting with transportation to and from the Faro airport. Hosts were immediately responsive to any communication we had with them. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for cooking at home. It felt like home for the month that we stayed. Perfectly located in Old Town. Close to shopping and restaurants but on a quiet street. Thanks Guilherme and Luis, we will be returning!

Our stay in Albufeira was perfect! Guilherme and Luis picked us up at the train station and took us back when it was time to go home. They were great hosts…they explained everything about the apartment, gave us suggestions of things to do, places to eat and provided us a space in their parking garage for our rental car. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. The location was right in old town Albufeira…in the heart of all the action, yet quiet at night. It was a five minute walk to the beach. We loved it! We will definitely stay here again should we ever return. Highly recommend! Thanks Guilherme and Luis!

28 Days in Old Town

We found the apartment well-equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. Short walk to the beach, the square but away from the bar noise.The 10th floor terrace and pool are a real bonus.Guilherme and Luis were great hosts, very attentive to their guests, the apartment and the building in general. We're happy to have used them for drives to and from Faro airport.We would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple.

Visiting Algarve

We stayed at Guilherme Silva‘a place for a month. First of all I second all the positive comments made by the visitors on this site. In Summary: Guilherme’s place is in a perfect spot; close to bus station, shops, restaurants, etc. the place very clean and modern with a great balcony. It also has 2 bathrooms, which is nice.. Guilherme and Louis are amazing commutators and super supportive. All in all, we will definitely stay there again.

Excellent apartment in perfect location

The apartment is exactly as it appears on the listing and it is very well laid out and thoughfully equiped. It was nice having two bathrooms and the showers had good water pressure. We loved the location. We arrived by Flixbus and as a bonus, the bus stop was just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is on a wide pedestrian street bustling with life and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people go by and the children running around. We were there in December and the Christmas light displays were just outside the door. As some reviews have said, it was a bit noisy some evenings but it was never too loud and did not go late.In fact, we rather liked the feeling of people enjoying themselves around us. For general convenience it could not be beaten. It is a short walk to the beaches, the old town, and the marina. There is a small but good grocery store close by and the larger Lidl and Aldi stores are about 15 minutes walk away. We also enjoyed short runs in the Ribeira Park accessible by an underpass at the top of the road. Last but not least, our hosts were gracious and helpful. They were waiting for us at the bus stop and took us to the apartment to show us around and encouraged us to contact them if we had any questions about things to do in town. They made us feel very welcome. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and certainly plan to be back.

Great apartment

After booking this apartment I was contacted by Guilherme to introduce himself. He is very friendly and professional. A few days before the trip, he sent all the info for the apartment. We were met at the airport by Guilherme and his brother Louis and brought to the apartment, the flight was about 40 minutes late which I let him know about when boarding. Not a problem for him he said which I thought was good of him as it was a late flight. On arrival at the apartment, approx 40 minutes, we were brought in, shown the security and how everything works. There is a touch pad entry and a safe in the apartment which is handy. The apartment is really nice, well equipped and spotlessly cleaned. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob. Perfect really for self catering. It's first floor but there is a lift. The building is set amongst shops and restaurants on quite a busy street but noise was never a problem. It is on a street that runs along the side of the main square in Albufeira, so 2 minutes walk away from bars, restaurants and entertainment. So on reflection, I would say, the host was 5 star, the apartment is 5 star and the location is 5 star. I hope this review help.

Nice place in Old Town

Excellent property, with excellent hosts. Apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The only issue for me was that because of this apartments central location (second floor above many restaurants) the noise in the evening (music both live and stereo, was being played simultaneously from different restraunts, which ultimately did not have the desired effect) This was no fault of the host. The noise subsided by 10pm, and in no way affected my rest.

Wonderful family vacation!

Absolutely fantastic vacation! If you have a small family, this is the perfect location for you! We are a family of four and there was plenty of room for us. The apartment was immaculate when we got there and has everything you need for your trip. Guilherme and Luis were there to greet us when we arrived. They were able to accommodate our late arrival without question. Very easy to get in touch with Guilherme for any questions we had. Worth the extra money to pay for a parking space if you have a car. It was very easy to find- the location is right near everything! The beach is a five minute walk. Restaurants and shops of all kinds everywhere. A small grocery store is right down the block. The kids attractions were also close by and no more than a 20 minute drive. We will absolutely be back when we decide to vacation in Albufeira in the future! everythib

Excellent location and well equipped supported by hospitable hosts!

Modern amenities and plenty of space! Great location just off the old town square which gives you great access to everything while avoiding the nighttime party noise. Very close to the bus station and grocery store as well. Just an all around solid setup and location. Roof top pool with an amazing view of Albufeira is a huge bonus! Guilherme and Louis are great hosts and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be in touch for our next Albufeira adventure!

Awesome Stay in Old Town Albufeira

You can't beat the location of this lovely, modern and spotlessly clean apartment. It's convenient to everything and a people watchers dream from the first floor balcony. We cannot say enough about the hosts, Guilherme and Luis, they were amazing. From picking us up at Faro Airport to allowing us to have a late check-out, we couldn't have asked for any more. We loved everything, the apartment exceeded our expectations and was a gem of a find. We cannot recommend it enough. The hosts were amazing, so nice and helpful.

Can be hilly but this location is excellent. Hosts were diamonds from booking to pick up and airport drop off. Can't thank them enough.

Beautiful appartment almost in the hart of Albufeira

This beautiful appartment is excellent located close to the hart of Albufeira with all it's pubs and restaurants. And if you wan't to explore the Algarve by car, it is possible to have your own parkingspace in a very nearby parking garage. You're of to the main roads in no time. Only thing we missed in the appartment was a pair of scissors and a washing-up brush. But these are minor things that were easily to work around. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would really recommend this appartment for a nice stay.

A fantastic time in Albufeira starting in a wonderful apartment ☀️

We had great week in Albufeira staying in Guilherme and his brothers apartment. The apartment was so central to everything ,2 minutes walk to the main square and had a rooftop pool with fantastic views off old the old town. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need and a good size balcony looking unto the street below. It's was very clean comfortable apartment and the hosts were so friendly and professional. Guilherme picked us up at the airport and left us back in great time. We definitely could highly recommend the apartment👌 ☀️💥
