Both floors Ac didn’t work properly and kitchen ceiling leaking constantly from upstairs bathrooms and part of ceiling dropped in kitchen , hot tub didn’t heat, kitchen sink leaking, stained couches , floor not cleaned Overall poorly maintained property but the service was okay, they did come drop off an ac unit for the bottom floor but overall we are not satisfied at all
