Cozy Ranch by the Lake w/Hot Tub in the Mountains

Welcome to our luxurious 4BD retreat with partial Lake View perfect for families or groups of 10! Nestled in a serene setting this home boasts an outdoor wood-burning hot tub, a cozy wood and gas fire pit combo, and outdoor TV for entertainment under the stars. Enjoy gatherings in the open concept living/dining/kitchen area w/ fireplace & TV. The primary suite features its own TV and full bathroom. Basement with a projector offers the ideal spot for movie nights. Your ultimate getaway awaits!

Community Amenities (There will be 7 passes available to our guests that need to be used to access community Amenities)

- MAIN LAKE - Partially seen from the living room window - just few steps away

Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)!
There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Seneca Pool


- BOULDER LAKE
Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

- The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school!

Fishing Lake

- FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!
In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!

We are located in a Private Gated Community. You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.

Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $75 will be added.
