One of the biggest houses in the area, enough room for large group, with huge game room, bar and backyard. Close to all activities, lakes, tennis courts and swimming pools. Central A/C, WiFi.

This is one of the kind property with over 3700sq feet of living space. 2,5 bathrooms, private game room and bar. 2 Community Pools, tennis courts, beautiful lakes with amazing beaches, . The property sets on 1.03 acres right in the heart of Poconos mountains we are close to all major attractions the Poconos has to offer.(20 min Kalahari water park, 20 min to: casino, outlet mall, Camelback ski area and Camelbeach water park). Winery’s and more.
Private swimming pool.
Hot tube is available 365 day.
Additional Wristbands (badges) are required to use community amenities, $10 per person. Must be requested at least 3 days prior to arrival.

House was amazing. Plenty of space for the six of us. The hot tub was great as was the sauna. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely stay again. Just fyi If you do plan on cooking during your stay the house does lack bigger pots and if you spotted the soaker tub in the pics, that is not for renters to use.

Great location and the house had a great set up for our visit! The hot tub was a hit after snowy days outdoors! A little disappointed that the basement thermostat is virtually controlled by the host so the space was too cold to use for most of our stay. Definitely bring bottled water as the house is on well and it’s not the best quality. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The place is very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made our stay extremely comfortable. There was plenty to do in the house, so we never got bored. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely recommend this place and love to come back again.

Disappointed

The property was as described in the listing, and the host was responsive, typically replying within an hour to any questions. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay.The kitchen was not as clean as we had hoped. The plates and cups felt sticky, and while there was only one large pan and two small pots, it was a bit of a challenge for cooking. The towels provided were also quite old and worn.The biggest disappointment was the snow that hadn't been shoveled from the back porch. After a long 4-hour drive, we had to shovel it ourselves. Unfortunately, my friend slipped and bruised her thigh coming from the porch. There were two bags of salt, but one had been left unopened on the back porch, which didn’t help with the icy conditions.Another safety note: be cautious when going to the basement, especially when coming from the hot tub to the sauna. The stairs can be slippery.

Extraordinary

This house is beautiful, it meets all expectations and has everything you need. I stayed with my family for a weekend. It is a beautiful place and the house is large, clean and very well maintained. The owner Adam is very kind and answers your messages immediately and answers all your questions. We will definitely rent this house again.

Great weekend getaway

The home was great for a party of 5, with plenty of room to spread out. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked with the basics for cooking (a few pans and small pots, cutting boards, knives, etc) - so if you need large cookware or specialty items to cook for a large crowd, you may want to bring some of your own stuff. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Each time you arrive at the community, you need to check in at the front gate. Sometimes there was a long line of cars to get in but it wasn't really an issue for us.

Nice Place!

The house was very clean and Spacious! Adam the owner definitely takes care of the home. Nice game room and the TV provided many channels to choose from for our nightly movies. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and Pool! Went to the beach and played Volley ball in the rain. lol Chose a rainy week this year. Then the sun and warmth came out and enjoyed sunning on the new deck. Definitely a great house to rent for Vaca! Since we started vacationing in the Poconos this is the first house we have discussed going back to for future stays! You'll definitely like it!!

Excellent home away from home

I definitely recommend this house as it feels home to us. The beautiful house gives you lots of room to relax and enjoy at the same time. Adam was very spot on with his description and very easy to communicate with. Everything was wonderful, we had a fantastic time. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home! We’ll definitely use this house again if heading back to the PA mountains and if available.

Winter weekend getaway

Just returned from our stay in the mountains. Adams property was one of the best we have stayed at. It was a large property with plenty of room to spread out. It had some awesome amenities such as a game room, sauna and hot tub. The property was pet friendly and had a dog run which was a plus for us! I would definitely return!
