  • Lujoso apartamento situado en primera línea de playa. Puede alojar hasta 4 personas. Cuenta con parking privado y una impresionante terraza con una amplia zona de estar con mesa y reposeras, en donde podrás desconectar del estrés de la ciudad y disfrutar del sabor del verano.



    2 habitaciones dobles, gran terraza, aire acondicionado centralizado, WiFi, frente a la playa de La Patacona. A 10 minutos en coche del centro histórico de Valencia.



    El alojamiento:

    Lujoso apartamento ubicado en la avenida de Mare Nostrum, en primera línea de la playa de La Patacona, que cuenta con todos los servicios de ocio y entretenimiento para adultos y niños. Ideal para familias que desean disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la playa, el calor del sol, los paseos por la costa y la experiencias que la ciudad de Valencia ofrece. A unos 10 minutos del centro histórico en coche.



    El apartamento de 100 m2 cuenta con los siguientes espacios:

    - Elegante dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio de 150x190 cm y amplios armarios.

    - Sencillo dormitorio con cama nido doble 90x190 cm cada una y acceso a patio propio.

    - Confortable y estilístico baño equipado con una bañera con mampara, WC, espejo y lavabo en la primera planta.

    - Práctico baño con ducha con mampara, WC, espejo y lavabo en la segunda planta.

    - Amplio salón con sofá, mesa de comedor y Smart TV HD.

    - Espectacular terraza con preciosas vistas a la playa de La Patacona, que cuenta con una amplia zona de estar con mesa, sillas y reposeras

    - Práctica cocina totalmente equipada, con lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, horno, frigorífico/congelador, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor, tostadora, batidora…



    Se entrega con ropa de cama, 1 toalla de manos y baño por persona, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo y amenities de cocina de bienvenida (1 estropajo, 1 trapo de cocina, 2 bolsas de basura, 1 jabón lavadora, 2 pastillas lavavajillas, lavavajillas, 2 rollos de wc por baño, gel de manos).

    El Barrio:

    La playa de La Patacona se encuentra en el municipio de Alboraya y es una visita obligada durante tu estancia en Valencia. Es una de las playas más de moda de la provincia y es la continuación natural de la playa de la Malvarrosa. La siguiente playa vecina es la de Port Saplaya, una zona con gran encanto durante todo el año que, debido a las formas y colores de su arquitectura, además de los pequeños canales interiores, es conocida comúnmente como la Pequeña Venecia. En las proximidades podrás encontrar un largo paseo marítimo, un centro comercial, numerosos restaurantes con terraza y cafeterías.

    A tan solo 10 minutos en coche de Valencia capital, este barrio es un punto de partida ideal para visitar las playas más conocidas de la ciudad y algunas poblaciones vecinas El Puig, con su monasterio del siglo XIII o la histórica ciudad de Sagunto, presidida por un castillo romano y cuya judería bien merece una visita.



    Cómo moverse:

    -Todo el municipio está rodeado de un carril bici que recorre toda la ciudad de valencia.

    - La parada de taxi más próxima se encuentra a 800 metros.

    - El autobús de la línea 31 (parada La Patacona) conduce hasta Facultats, en Blasco Ibáñez, donde se puede acceder a la línea 5 del metro en dirección al centro de Valencia (parada Xàtiva).

    - Dispone de un autobús municipal, de la compañía Egusa, con conexión con la Playa de Patacona y con Alboraya pueblo.



    Normas de la casa:

    - No fiestas.

    - No fumar.

    - No mascotas.

    - No más gente de la reservada.

    - Responsabilidad, respeto y buena conducta hacia todas las instalaciones de uso y a los vecinos.

    - Respetar las horas de descanso de 22:00 h a 10:00 h.

Lovely apartment right on the beach with a patio - partially covered - with comfortable table and chair settings - a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and for an evening glass of wine! Lacking a couple amenities, e.g., shampoo, conditioner, shower gel; salt/pepper; and I recommend bringing your own beach towel. But otherwise no complaints at all and the customer service was excellent. We highly recommend!

Relaxing in Valencia

This property was amazing. Beautiful beach views from the outside veranda. If you want to stay on the beach all day everything including delicious restaurants are in close walking distance. And a trip into the city of Valencia is so easy by catching the bus.

What better way to spend time in Spain than on the beach?! This was the softest sand I’ve ever felt in my life! The house had the most amazing view and was walking distance to many restaurants including breakfast. Supermarket was a bit further but still walking distance. Thankful for coffee and laundry. Host was very responsive.

Perfect place!

The apartment is as advertised and the communication was excellent. Great location on the beach. The city center is about 13 euro cab ride. Wonderful veranda is a gorgeous spot to sit and relax.

This property is in a nice near the beach but some distance from the City and transport options to get there. Local shops are limited.On the face of it the property is of good quality, however the owners could pay more attention to detail given the cost of staying here.The kitchen was well equipped but at this price I would expect items to match and be of a high specification. The showers were not of a high specification, and there were minor maintenance issues that need attention. There is not furniture on the terrace that enables comfortable sunbathing.

Perfect Place to stay

We loved the property and the management! Their communication with us was fantastic and started at least a week before we left for Spain. They were available and timely in meeting us at the apartment. The apartment was clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Wunderschönen Lage, direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und voll ausgestattet. Perfekt zum spazieren und lecker essen in den schönen Restaurants die überall in der Nähe sind. Der Vermieter und die Leute von der Agentur waren immer sehr nett. Alles ist unkompliziert gelaufen.

Gran apartamento en una gran localización

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, en el paseo marítimo, limpio, cómodo, moderno y muy cerca del centro de Valencia en coche (10-15 minutos). La terraza y las vistas muy agradables. El check in y el contacto con la propiedad muy profesional. Muy recomendable.

Valencia - Not to be Missed

This apartment was absolutely stunning. It was clean, spacious and had views of the beach and ocean to die for. We loved every moment of our stay and the apartment is exactly as advertised. We would not hesitate in the least to stay here again when we return to beautiful Valencia. The host was always available, responsive and helpful to every need or request. Thank you again for everything.

Positiv: Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick zum Meer war das absolute Highlight. Man konnte von früh bis spät die Meeresluft einatmen und das Meeresrauschen hören. Der Strand ist super schön, sauber und nicht überlaufen. Die Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sehr leckeres Essen. Das Appartement war für 4 Personen schön groß. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Die Agentur konnte man jederzeit telefonisch erreichen, super Service.Negativ: In dem 2. Schlafzimmer wäre ein Doppelbett vorteilhafter gewesen anstatt eine Auszugskombination. Das Geschirr müsste nachgerüstet werden. Es fehlten auch Geschirrhandtücher, wir kauften diese und ließen sie dort. Fazit: Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub buchen!!!

Absolutely great location and place!

This was our first time to Valencia and we're pleasantly surprised to the place and the location. We viewed it on Google maps but that didn't do enough justice to the location. The apartment was great, just perfect for a family of four. The kids had their choice of room(s) - and the view of the beach from the apartment is just breath taking. The Check-in process was smooth and Antonio was very helpful. The apartment was clean for most part, and had all the necessary items. Being from US, we were wishing the apartment had paper towels ;). The market to get some food, groceries was very close by and there were many restaurants within walking distance. The city center is about a 15 min cab ride, but there is good public transportation facilities as well. Highly recommend!!!

Family birthday weekend!

The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. The pictures online do not do it justice. It’s situation was superb with great views of the beach in front only a stone’s throw away. Watching the lightning from the balcony the other night was stunning. It was also quiet at night. Breakfast bakery and a couple of small supermarkets are two minutes walk away. Really good restaurants on the beach front 10mins walk that also do a cracking breakfast. It is 25mins by taxi from the airport (€23) and 10-15 mins (€13) from the city centre. A No31 bus (stop literally just outside the apartment block) every 20mins takes approx 30mins (€1.5). Valencia is a fascinating city with a lot of spectacular features to explore. We will be back!

Para disfrutar cada minuto de vacaciones

Es un apartamento moderno y bien decorado, la ubicación en primera línea de playa, la terraza es fantástica. El dormitorio principal enorme y cómodo. Las camas del segundo dormitorio son para niños, los colchones son finos y ya se les nota el desgaste. Para nuestro caso que hemos sido todos adultos, no han resultado cómodas.

Beautiful holiday home with sea view

The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need or could wish for in order to spend a comfortable time. The terrace overlooking the beach and sea is simply breathtaking. The building is situated in a clean, calm and friendly neighbourhood. Check-in and check-out were real smooth and flexible. All in all, we can totally and sincerely recommend this apartment for a stay in Valencia and at the same time at the beach. We really had a great time!
