"Book this house, you will not regret it! We rented this for our youngest daughter's Colby graduation. Amy is very responsive and so easy to deal with. While the pictures of the home look great on line, they do not do it justice. First of, it was spotless when we checked in. It is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need or want. There is a charming path down to the beach area where Amy had laid up wood for us in the firepit and there are lots of chairs...

"This property is a cute two story, four bedroom home nestled in a quiet Sidney neighborhood. It was perfect for a family gathering of 10. The backyard is large, green, and beautiful. The convenience of cooking and congregating in one location beats booking multiple hotel rooms any day. Our host was friendly and a good communicator. We would and probably will stay again!"

"This was our third year in a row spending most of August at the wonderful Loons nest! Brent and Sarah are great and responsive hosts. The views and water are incomparable and the cabin itself has all of the modern conveniences while maintaining a rustic charm. "I needed a quiet, safe place to stay while I had some business in Belgrade. This was such a sweet little spot, with great cove access, amd the bedroom had a great view of the water. This is a small, simple place that was well-appointed and absolutely spotless- a perfect hideaway!"

There were exactly enough beds for my partner and our 3 kids, and the kitchen/living room/dining room setup worked great for making simple easy meals. "The weather was cold and rainy but the cabin was cozy, warm, and clean. We still ran/biked/ tried to fish. Played the games they had, and built the puzzles as well. The road was quiet and a good place for the little guy to bike- close enough to other things. "
