"We rented both this unit and the unit next to it for 2 families. This made us feel like we were all together. The front entrance does not truly show how nice this facility is as it is somewhat close to M41. However, the inside is great (all new) and the back deck overlooks Lake Superior for an amazing view. Would highly recommend. "

"Had a great stay at Silver Mountain Cabin and enjoyed the area! Mike was a great host and told us about some places to see."

"Perfect spot to get together with a couple buddies from high school. Cabin was clean and having the fire pit and sauna was great."

"Stayed here for my student's graduation from Michigan Tech. Unlike many properties in the area, all the bedrooms and baths were on the same level, which was important for an elderly family member. There is a nice view of Keweenaw Bay. The house is comfortable and well-appointed. It suited our needs nicely."

"The home is clean, quaint and exactly as listed. The dock and screened in porch is a great attribute to the great outdoors, mosquitos are God awful up here, but the pure beauty is worth every it. Neighborhood was very peaceful no issues whatsoever, pet friendly. The owners were very accommodating as our little trip was spur of the moment. So many memories made, sights seen and trails rode! Thank you for the wonderful place to come back to after a long day. "

"Was pleasantly suprised by the beauty of this little flat. My brothers and I go hiking every year in the UP! We choose a different area every year and this year, we chose Mt. Arvon, Canyon Falls and the areas of Houghton and Calumet! Loved our stay!"

"The owner were very friendly and helpful. Our cabin had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We had a beautiful view of the lake along with a boat ramp to launch our boat. Caught a nice batch of blue gills. We had free access to dockage, kayaks and sauna. Even a nice fire pit and beach to enjoy. One of our best vaca’s yet! We will definitely come back!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. This was our first visit to upper Michigan and this location was great for central location to see from Painted Rocks to Copper Harbor, and on our way seeing Apostle Islands. The UP treated us to spectacular display of fall color's."
