"Good location for exploring Auckland. Close to many landmarks, the ferry docks and multiple restaurants. While the lobby was stark and poorly decorated, the room was very comfortable, with a small refrigerator, microwave, basic dining utensils and dishes. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was unreliable and had to be requested in advance. Employees at the front desk provided items such as toilet paper and instant coffee that housekeeping forgot to provide with no questions asked. While there...

"What a delightful find - so close to the heart of the CBD/marina but tucked away in a peaceful oasis. Staff were really helpful and friendly and my breakfast was so good - not a buffet but a lovely selection off an individual menu. We didn’t use the gym or the swimming pool but did walk around the communal garden - delightful! This hotel has the right amount of quirky vs comfort and the secure parking a great asset. "
