"This was my first time visiting Breckenridge. The property is quite large with beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of beds. Wrap around porch and upstairs balcony. Right on the water. Very clean and well put together. 2 bathrooms. Stacy was very helpful in instructions prior to checking in. You really don’t need to bring much when visiting this property, just whatever you plan on eating or drinking. Everything else is provided. Great job!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this cute home. Loved the location just 5 min away from ACU. The host was readily available anytime I had a question. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star review is due to the beds being super hard and not very comfortable. I’m a light sleeper and the firm mattresses didn’t suit me well. If that doesn’t bother you this is a great place to stay. "

"Overall great stay and a nice little house. Clean and nicely put together. The only thing I would say is that the beds are metal and my husband is a light sleeper so any time movement is made and it squeaks it will wake him up so he had difficulty resting peacefully just because of the metal bed frame. But other than that it is a great place! Has a nice little outside area in the back and it’s clean, well kept! "
