Easy access to the Haram. Better than all the clock tower hotel elevators and readily available. Would stay here again.

No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. the staff member were extremely rude. it took the staff members five hours to get a towels and toilet paper. also they were doing construction on the floor above us around 12AM we could not sleep.
