I hada small issue over breakfast, but staff were quickly to resolve and you were able to enjoy the hotel services and have an amazing stay. great location away from clock tower, easy to walk to Al Haram and back and not having to push through huge numbers of people. ...

Hotel staff were great but the room needed TLC . We booked a room with Haram view but we got a corner room with a crane obstructing.
