If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! One of the biggest highlights was the incredible view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx directly from our room. Waking up and being able to look out at such an iconic view was breathtaking and made our trip to Egypt even more special. The food was delicious and fresh, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. The customer service was also exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. A very special thank you to Sarah, who made our entire trip so much easier and stress free. She helped plan our itinerary for the whole trip and arranged our drivers and tour guides, so we were able to experience Egypt without having to worry about all the details. Everything was organized so well, and having that level of assistance made a huge difference. Between the spectacular Pyramid and Sphinx views, delicious food, excellent service, and the help we received planning our activities, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Egypt, especially if you want an unforgettable view and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the rooftop was absolutely amazing, especially with the Pyramids right in front of you. The location is also perfect, as it’s very close to the Pyramids. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the tours, and our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. I would definitely come back and stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home .

The room looked exactly as pictured online, so I was pleased. The most noteworthy thing is the staff. They were amazing!! I would have given a five if not for my struggle with the breakfast food choices. I just wish they had more protein options and not carbs. The view of the pyramid every morning was amazing. I would definitely recommend it to any travelers.
