"Staff nice , hotel showing its age but I think that’s everywhere in Japan . Boot room was in the basement which was a bit of a pain . The room we had do have a nice view to the mountains . The restaurant was actually nice even if it looked like a brightly lit sports bar"

"【総評】 客室の清潔さと静けさは優れていたものの、スタッフの冷淡な対応や不親切な案内、おもてなしの不足が目立つ滞在となりました。 【主な問題点】 〇接客・案内 ➡ 電話・対面ともに男性スタッフの対応が冷淡で機械的（お役所対応）。 ➡ 駐車場の有無を尋ねた際の威圧的な言い方や、事前の説明不足（大浴場の利用法やタオル有無など）が目立った。 〇設備・サービス ➡ 客室にウェルカムドリンクやミネラルウォーターがなく、冷蔵庫の製氷機能も不十分。 ➡ 営業していると期待した喫茶店のモーニングが休業だった。 【良かった点】 清掃が行き届いており、ゴミ一つない清潔な空間だった。 ..."

"The room was wonderful and had everything we needed for a short snowboarding trip. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and I wished I had more time chilling in bed. Highly appreciate the thoughtful hosts, and we had a BLAST! 10000% would come back again"
