"The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!!"

"Everything was satisfactory"

"Very clean. Functional, clean well designed bathroom. Friendly happy helpful staff."

"Very nice place to stay. Great breakfast. I have no complaints. I would stay here again."

"Our room was infested with ants. Staff completely dismissive of problem. Sprayed for ants with children in room. Was told not to expect a refund. Will never return again!"

"Clean room staff was friendly and helpful."

"Pros: Safe, clean, friendly staff, good location, economical. Cons: Housekeeping. We stayed for almost two weeks. Initially it was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. The staff are friendly. But the housekeeping was disappointing. After the first couple of days when nothing was done in the room, we started to hang the sign daily. There was no response. After a week we asked at the front desk for the linens to be changed. And had to ask again. It was like we were putting them out, frankly....

"Not that great as described."

"Room was very clean, bed was comfortable (pillows were small for a king size bed but ok for a one night stay) very close to our destination which was Lake Hickory Haunts. Temperature in the room was great, didn’t even touch the thermostat from the time we checked in until we left."

"Nothing to say"

"Room smelled like it was smoked in before but that’s not the hotels fault. Staff was very helpful and kind, but not quite as clean as we might have hoped, not bad tho"

"I appreciated a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay."

"I reserved at $87.15 which included taxes, but they charged my credit card $104.50.I reserved a nonsmoking king. I walked into a room that reeked of smoke. Bedspread had numerous burn holes. Bathroom fixtures had cigarette damage. Bathroom floor was wet. Bathroom mirror was so broken that only about 3/4 of it was still there."

"Got a pleasant stay"

"This hotel needs to close down and remodel. The room was old appearing and in desperate need of a new paint job. The bath is super small with a standard household tub/shower combo with a shower head usually provided with the bare minimum needed when it was installed likely MANY years ago. The walls have dings throughout. The bedspread and curtains are old, worn and had holes in them. The pillows are not Hotel quality pillows and were worn and flat. The linens on the bed consisted of a fitted...

"Clean room. The bed and sheets were amazing!! Good breakfast!"

"No volvería, la habitación fea y le hace falta una muy buena limpieza , las sabanas en vez de ser blancas ya estaban amarillas , con huecos y habia una gran parte de ella quemada, las toallas manchadas, pelos en la bañera, bueno realmente deberían de limpiar mejor las habitaciones, el hotel por fuera se ve bastante descuidada, parace ser una buena zona pero el hotel en si no lo recomiendo."
