"This guest house felt like a home away from home. The fire was inviting and the staff were warm and fun to talk to about rugby and all things South African. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were individual and comfortable."

"We have a lovely stay. Beautiful garden, fantastic breakfast and service. Ideally located off the Main Street. We would highly recommend"

"The most amazing hotel! Beyond perfect experience. "

"This place is beautiful and the villa would have been an amazing experience. After check in, we found out that the water in the bathrooms appeared brown-ish. We raised this issue twice with the hotel, and were told that the colour is due to the water coming from the municipal source. There was no filtering in place. "O atendimento foi impecável desde a nossa chegada. Toda a equipe foi extremamente gentil, prestativa e fez com que nos sentíssemos muito bem-vindos. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável, muito limpo e com ótima infraestrutura. O café da manhã foi delicioso, com produtos frescos e uma grande variedade de opções. Além disso, a localização facilitou muito nossos passeios pelas vinícolas e pelo centro de Franschhoek."

"Well equipped and spacious apartment with garage parking. Walkable to wide selection of restaurants, coffee shops and stores and excellent spot for winery visits."

"Ashbourne House was such a great find on Franschhoek, it was close to restaurants. Our room was very spacious and clean. Parking was just off the street but seemed secure. Breakfast was delicious with good choices from the menu. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the guest house, they had thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We loved the selection of snacks, cake etc that was available to help yourself in the dining area. So good when you came back after a...

"Helpful staff"

"We had an awesome stay but the heavy rains caused us to evacuate our villa as we got flooded, hotel staff was super awesome and we got upgraded to a hotel room."

"Such a great little gem! Sam and her whole team couldn’t have done any more to get my first visit to South Africa off to a great start. The communication before I arrived was superb as well. Such a pretty property and the breakfast options worked for a vegetarian. I highly recommend The Manor!"

"Mooi schoon complex."
