Very charming and comfortable cottage in an attractive little desert town. Many small amenities and colorful artwork all over. On the edge of town but easy to get around the area. Owners live on the property and are very friendly and helpful. Everything relaxed and inviting make it a nice accommodation to explore the town and surrounding desert. Spacious shower, easy parking and big TV.

We had a spectacular stay! The hosts have created an exceptionally comfortable, clean, beautiful, artistic guest environment .The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and went out of there way to orient us to everything there and to all the surroundings. They baked us delicious muffins and left us extra treats! We loved every minute of our stay and definitely want to come back! We feel so grateful to have been able to stay there!

Aesthetically Pleasing!

Wow! We loved staying at the Artists Cottage. We felt right at home and it was visually appealing. Our hosts were very helpful. The cottage had everything we needed and more.

DARLING little cottage. It was snug for my sister and I, but we loved it! Hosts were just lovely and informative and welcoming. Spock and span clean, everything we needed. Even got to watch a “jabalina” parade one evening as a herd of about 15-20 of them trotted by on the nearby road, and were serenaded by coyotes in the evenings. Would recommend!

My adult son and niece stayed here while visiting Oregon Pipe National Monument. They both had a great time exploring the area and photographing the beautiful landscape. They said the host was sweet and helpful. They would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Explore Ajo

The cabin is very cute and has everything for a comfortable stay. Glen is a very nice man and we enjoyed visiting with him and seeing all the work he put into his property. Location is perfect for grocery and restaurant.

Clean and well appointed space for two. Location was perfect for day hikes into Organ Pipe National Monument. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful cottage

We enjoyed the cottage, it is comfortable, efficiently and tastefully furnished, and very well supplied. The owners were immediately responsive to any concern. We would happy to stay there if we return to Ajo.

Quaint, cozy and creative place to spend your time in Ajo. Owners take great pride in their property and it shows, with a personal quirkiness that makes your stay memorable. Charleen’s excellent artwork adorning the walls just adds to the expression.Thanks for hosting!

This was our second visit to this Ajo property, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Everything was perfect the second time around, and probably more so since we already visited and were familiar with the nuances. It’s cozy and comforting. Everything we needed was there. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Glen was helpful in explaining everything, including local eateries. Charleen’s art, which decorated the walls, is a must see to linger on and absorb. She also made some knockout muffins. All in all, the place is highly recommended if kicking it back and relaxing is what you’re looking for.Laurie & Pete

Colorful cottage in sunny Ajo

The cottage is small but cozy and well-appointed. Glen and Charlene were friendly and helpful. It is a good place to stay with a wonderful view of the mountains and sky. Comfortable beds and thoughtfully equipped with microwave fridge coffee maker and coffee, grill and nice outside spaces.

Nice Place

The place was clean and very well decorated (one of the owners is an artist). It's also within walking distance of Circle K which is open 24 hours (and given that I didn't arrive until 1:00 AM I found this quite handy). If I am ever in Ajo again I would choose to stay here.
