"This was a wonderful relaxing oasis to use as a base to explore the Ellora and Ajanta caves. Staff were thoughtful and efficient from the front office staff to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Food was delicious. A car and careful, thoughtful driver were organised for my excursions. The grounds are beautiful and fragrant with flowering trees and plants and birdsong fills the air. Such a different experience to the normal India hotel stay."

"清潔感は問題ありませんでした。 朝食と夕食を予約していましたが、最初はスタッフに伝わっていませんでした。支払っていることを伝えると持ってきてもらえましたが、8時半以降でないと持ってきてもらえない所が少し残念でした。夕食の内容はベジミールスで美味しかったです。ただインドにしては珍しく周囲におしゃれなレストランが立ち並んでいるのでそちらに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 またホテルのWi-Fiが壊れているのか一階でしか使えませんでした。"

The brass decorations and woodcrafted furniture make this place a heritage style venue. The gym is really good and the pool is clean and big. There is a good problem resolution from the managers, they really made an effort to make our experience pleasant, it is wonderful to see women as managers at reception, they are so nice and proactive, very professional, also...

"After booking on Expedia, I called and informed hotel that we will reach at 28 th morning at 4.30 am though hotel is booked for 27 to 28 January. Informed same on WhatsApp also about booking. Also reminded on 27 th night that we are reaching 28 th morning at 4.30 am. However when reached with family on 28 th morning at 4.30 am, hotel staff told that room is allocated to someone else and you have to wait till 6 am when another room is getting vacant. So, instead of waiting there, we prefer to go...

Sin embargo, da la impresión de que se trata de un hotel demasiado grande y eso le impide tener un mantenimiento adecuado, lo que se traduce en habitaciones claramente envejecidas. Las sábanas tenían bolitas que resultaban bastante incómodas, y la wifi, de pago, no funcionó bien. El desayuno, aceptable. Eso sí, los empleados fueron muy amables y serviciales."

"Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place."
