The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned studio apartment with shared pool for rent in Aix-les-Bains. It has a surface area of 20 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests with a baby. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 15 m² living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x190), dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob...

Outside:
- A swimming pool (shared, unheated) open from May 15 to September 15, secured with a changing room and toilet

The studio is ideally located in Aix-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the apartment's private parking lot (located 500 m away).

- Nearest airport: Geneva, about 75 km away
