It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x190 cm bed - Shower room/WC - Private covered terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture - 2 shared terraces on the ground floor with garden furniture - Built-in barbecue - Shared infinity pool (10x5 meters, depth: 1.65 meters), open from May 9th to October 24th, and secured by a safety barrier.
