  • Situada en el centro de Airlie Beach, esta es una elegante y moderna casa adosada de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños, totalmente climatizada, con impresionantes vistas al mar / puerto deportivo / isla desde ambos niveles y acceso ilimitado a wifi gratuito.

    Hay una piscina en el lugar que los huéspedes pueden utilizar.

    Hay un espacio de estacionamiento encubierto asignado y estacionamiento gratuito en la calle directamente fuera del complejo.

    Perfecto para parejas y familias que desean disfrutar de un descanso relajante, pero esté a 300 metros a pie de la animada calle principal de Airlie Beach para cuando quiera involucrarse en la acción (esquina Lewis Street / Begley Street).

    Esta casa adosada de dos pisos se encuentra en un complejo de 18 casas adosadas. El interior ha sido recientemente renovado, cuenta con aire acondicionado y muebles modernos y elegantes.

    La planta baja es una sala de estar / comedor / cocina abierta que se abre a un balcón con vistas al puerto deportivo y al mar. Hay cómodos sofás; un televisor con chromecast; un área de cocina moderna con lavavajillas, estufa, horno, nevera-congelador, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua; y una barra de desayuno con taburetes para cenar.

    Esto se abre a un balcón con mesa y sillas, perfecto para cenar al aire libre y disfrutar de nuestro clima tropical.

    Hay una lavandería separada con lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar justo al lado del hall de entrada.

    El nivel superior tiene dos dormitorios (uno con baño) y el baño principal. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas queen size y hermosas vistas. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño y vestidor.

    Hay un balcón en el nivel superior donde puede sentarse y disfrutar de las vistas, se puede acceder desde el dormitorio principal.

    Hay una piscina en el complejo que los huéspedes pueden usar (abierta de 8 a.m. a 9 p.m., sin vidrio).

    El estacionamiento se encuentra en el área del sótano debajo (un espacio de estacionamiento) más estacionamiento gratuito en la calle disponible directamente afuera del edificio.

    La propiedad está situada en la cima de una colina bastante empinada: está a dos minutos caminando cuesta abajo hasta la calle principal de Airlie Beach, pero puede tomar un poco más de tiempo caminar de regreso. ¡Vale la pena la vista!

Fantastic apartment really well equipped with everything you need and was modern and clean, it was also close to all the amenities. Wonderful communication with the host, nothing was too much, would definitely recommend.

Great apartment for families

Lovely apartment with a good view, balcony upstairs and down. Had everything we needed. Tracey was very prompt and fantastic to deal with. Really appreciated the goodies on arrival after we had been travelling all day. Would stay again.

Close to the main street but on a very steep hill

Tracey, the host, was so helpful with recommendations for the shuttle before our arrival and an excellent communicator before and during our stay. She always responds almost immediately. She also allowed us to have a late check out, which was so appreciated as our flight out wasn't until 3:15 in the afternoon. She had welcome treats in the fridge for us on our arrival, and it was so unexpected and such a sweet welcome to her super cute condo. The two bedrooms are upstairs, as are both bathrooms. Beds are comfy and the condo is fully equipped except for an American style coffee maker. We got used to instant coffee that seems to be the norm in Australia, so all was good. The condo is located just a 5 minute or so walk from one end of the main street, but it is on a very steep hill. There are a lot of hills in Airlie Beach so I would guess most rentals will all have this same issue. We took taxis to the port of Airlie (which is located on the other end of the main street and would be about a 25-minute walk) for our early day trip departures. They were around $12.00 AUS each way, and easy to book through their app. Loved our stay in Airlie Beach at this condo and Tracey is a super host. Highly recommend.

A wonderful home away from home!

Me and my partner had a lovely 2 weeks away in Airlie over Christmas and couldn’t be more happy with our experience. When we arrived at the property we were welcomed with a lovely Christmas card from the family and some generous treats were left in the fridge, there was a lot of thought and effort put in and we thank you very much. Tracey was a fantastic host and made everything hassle free for us. The home was very clean, had plenty of Games and books and everything we needed. The views were incredible, especially from the upstairs bedrooms! We would highly recommend this home and Hope to be back again soon.

Can not fault it. The appartment is beautiful with stunning views, it was super clean and the host thought of every little detail to make our stay pleasant and convenient. Comfy bed and the curtains block out light but you can open them up and see the ocean from the bed in the morning . It is spacious, both bedrooms and bathrooms have loads of space. It is so central and great to be able to walk into town. The host is so helpful with checking in and suggesting activities etc. We will definitely be staying here again.

Relax and enjoy in comfort

Our experience was superb. The property was clean and well appointed. There were lots of inclusions. Location was great. Host Tracey was extremely friendly and helpful. Views were lovely and the pool clean with comfortable sun lounges around.

A war mel come to Heart of the Reef

We were delighted with the property - walking distance to foreshore and Airlie Beach shops and dining; even if the walk back was uphill, it was very doable. Tracey was easily contactable and gave us great tips on good places to eat and see
