"overall its not bad....definitely good for a family however there's a few things I would like to mention that could have an impact for others wanting to book same place.
1. It's not the holiday Inn, its two separate businesses using the same building...some floors have hotel rooms, some have appartment rooms...I haven't see the hotel rooms so I cannot comment on that however I can say it feels misleading when you head into the lobby and they have elevators that are much fancier yet they tell...

"The room was very clean and the location is fantastic. We don’t recommend the breakfast as there are better options in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"I did not follow the pre-registration instruction. That was on me. But I found the place. It would help if they posted a picture of the door. There were so many! But the place is just front row to the river. Once in, the place is just restored with great taste. I got the smallest unit, no views, first floor. But it is well appointed. The room windows face the busy alley, with restaurants and foot traffic but you can shutter them for sleeping. Good insulation, good AC. The wifi was iffy, but it...

"The team was super responsive at all times. Front desk team was kind and helpful at every turn. Great location.
Really my only complaint was the bathroom. They have very high water pressure and no shower door. As a result the bathroom door gets soaked by everyone who uses it, and is kind of decomposing. The floor also gets soaked. To use the toilet, you have to really squeeze around the very wet door through a very wet bathroom and there are not really enough towels provided to dry it more.
