"This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. "I made the book several months ago and accidentally booked and extra day. I reached out several times with no response and had Expedia reps reach out as well. They would not refund me for the day i was not staying. A friend made the same mistake in booking but he was refunded his day. We used the same booking site (Expedia) and used the same resources to request a refund."

"The hotel is located by the city center, walkable distance to Chinatown and downtown Manchester. The two bedrooms layout of the apartment is very accessible. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenette, living and dining area are clean and well equipped. The only drawback is the sofa was not very comfortable, you felt like sinking into the seat with no support."
