Somewhat posh, but affordable in nice location
"Rooms were adequate and comfortable. The lift was a plus. The service was slow in the bar, but the setting was nice and food acceptable. The location was good and helpful to have parking on site."

"Although an old pub this is an excellent place for friends and family to stay for a celebration or to explore the surrounding area. Very clean and a great kitchen, Bedrooms vary but all comfortable. Overall very good."
