Check-in was easy and the map around the grounds was super helpful. My only complaint is that the property really needs overnight security. My cabin was frequented by teenagers late at night, partying right behind me in lot 165. Flashing their lights into my cabin, screaming and throwing rocks around. "We had a wonderful stay. We checked in really late, but they were so accommodating. The kitchen was amazing, with everything we needed. The living room was really stylish, and the room was spacious and comfortable. "

"This cabin felt about as close as you could stay in Yosemite Valley (unless you’re paying to stay in the lodges or camping). The proximity made it simpler to get to all of the nearby hikes and eateries in the valley. The cabin itself was perfect for our needs and we didn’t have any issues. It’s great for 1-2 adults! The manager, Annie, was amazing! She communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend! "

"Loved the Yosemite West location, the view at the end of the road, and a comfortable house. While not flashy, it is quite comfortable. The host, Bill, was great and even went above and beyond to help me with a little request. Thanks, Bill! As with all VRBOs, if there is something missing from the kitchen, just ask!"

"We just spent a fantastic weekend at Bass Lake . The house was perfect as were the hosts so helpful and accommodating . It was a family trip with all different age groups from 6 months to seventy it worked for everybody . I would highly recommend this amazing home ."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. The surrounding nature and view of the stars was awesome. Pat was a very friendly and accommodating, host and gave us many suggestions on places to see. We had a wonderful experience!"

"Susan and Brian were very hospitable and responsive. This location is so quiet, peaceful, and quaint. A lovely evening retreat after long hiking days! We really enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Drive into Yosemite is 1hr 20 mins but is a lovely route and goes by fast. Hiked Hites Cove, which is only about 40 mins away on our first day. Easy access to Mariposa. Highly recommend the Cozy Cottage Retreat!"

"We liked being located in a scenic and quiet location far away from the large crowds surrounding Yosemite Village. However, it does take 20 minutes driving time from the cabin to get to Yosemite Village and some major attractions of the park. The kitchen of the cabin has been updated where it is brightly lit and well equipped for making meals throughout your stay.
