"Highly recommend this property. We definitely will return when we travel back to PR. Mildred, the property caretaker, was so friendly and took care of us like family. She made us feel right at home. The pool was extremely clean. 5 stars! "

"The house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and explore the West side of Puerto Rico. After a long travel day, we appreciated Bryan's assistance helping us find the house in the dark. On our first day, Bryan found us floundering on the beach, and helped us learn the basics of surfing. We also enjoyed exploring Survivor Beach and hiking up to the falls at Charco El Pilon."

"There were 9 of us traveling with 3 kids, and the house was fantastic for us. We had a pool, 2 kitchens and space. We were also close to some great ocean front bars and restaurants that had great snacks. Juan and Felix couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating, even helping my father in law get a guitar to play on one of the last nights!"

"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!"

"This place was wonderful! The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, they were answered immediately. Very friendly too! They made check in and check out very smooth and easy. "Great place, great location, right on the water as advertised. No beach, there is a rock wall, but there’s a very quiet beach a 3 minute drive south. The place was very clean and the air conditioner cooled the whole place quickly. Great sunset views!"

"Our plan was to explore more of the surrounding area. We didn't do much of that because we loved the place so much. I have never returned from a vacation so relaxed. The breezes through the beautiful place, on the balcony, and on the roof were just heavenly."
