Just steps to the beach this spacious single-level 4-bedroom home has a fully stocked kitchen, tropical oasis backyard with lounge pool and BBQ area. Lots of games and beach gear.

    ### The space
    Step into an open-layout home filled with vibrant Caribbean décor. The entire property is yours to enjoy, with no shared spaces, ensuring a truly private and peaceful stay. Each room is equipped with queen beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

    Your days could begin with coffee on the large front patio, and in the evenings its lit by charming fairy lights to wind down the day while soaking in the soothing rhythm of the nearby waves. The spacious backyard is a tropical oasis filled with lush plants. When in season, you are welcome to pick and savor fresh bananas, avocados, breadfruit, and soursop directly from the garden.

    The heart of the outdoor space is the lounge pool, and a covered BBQ grilling area. Unwind on the illuminated in-pool sun loungers with a refreshing cocktail, surrounded by the gentle sounds of birds and the ocean breeze. After a swim, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower.

    Inside, you'll find a fully equipped and fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, and a comfortable living area. Every room features a Smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it easy to stay connected or stream your favorite shows.

    You will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, backyard, and pool. Self check-in provides ultimate convenience for your arrival.

    Parking is available in a 2-car carport, with additional street parking if needed. If you are traveling with an oversized vehicle such as an RV, jet skis, or a boat, please inform us at the time of booking to arrange access to a large, fenced-in lot next door. A boat ramp is conveniently located just 300 meters from the house.

    ### The Neighborhood
    Nestled in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood in the relaxed coastal town of Aguada, our home offers a unique blend of country and beach life. You will see surfers catching waves, and you may even spot cows or horses grazing in nearby fields.

    Just a one-minute stroll from the house is public access to the beach and a scenic two-mile coastal road. It's perfect for a morning jog, an evening walk, or watching gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. This road is also lined with local restaurants and bars, putting authentic local flavor right at your doorstep.

    Villa Toña is an ideal base for exploring Puerto Rico's entire west coast:
    Downtown Aguada: 4 minutes
    Downtown Rincón: 15 minutes
    Downtown Aguadilla: 15 minutes
    Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN): 25 minutes
    Downtown Isabela: 30 minutes

    While our location is central, we highly recommend that you have a vehicle to conveniently get around and explore the many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and attractions the west coast has to offer.

    ### Important Information
    Peace of Mind: While our area occasionally experiences power outages, the property is equipped with a whole-home generator with an automatic transfer switch to ensure your stay is uninterrupted.

    Weekend Sounds: Our house is located within a few minutes of great local bars and restaurants. Please note that this means music and laughter can sometimes be heard on weekends.

We loved our stay. The house had everything we could need. We were so comfortable. The location was great to get to many beaches. Enjoyed many great meals at restaurants in Rincon. The neighborhood is really quiet which we loved.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at this beautiful home in Aguadilla. Chris, Pilar, and Felix were awesome and very attentive. The house is in a great location next to the beach. It is very peaceful and quiet, and the neighborhood is great.

2023 family vacation

We were a group of 3 adults and the house was very comfortable for us. We enjoyed very much sitting on the front porch and patio for our morning coffee and relaxing each late afternoon and evening.

Beautiful house in Aguada

Overall we really enjoyed our 4 nights here. When one of the bedroom doors broke, there were some communication issues but it got resolved before the night.

Felt right at home!

We had such an amazing and comfortable stay here at Villa Toña. Our two year old twins were very comfortable and it was very well set up we didn’t have to babyproof anything. The beach is literally down the block it’s beautiful to see every morning. Chris and Pilar were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described! Charming and cozy with a fabulous pool with an outdoor bath! The house was on a quiet street with quiet neighbors and the beach was at the end of the street. We enjoyed hanging outside on the porch and laying by the pool. We were 2 families of 3 and the bathrooms were just enough to make it work. The host and property manager were very prompt when I had a slight misunderstanding on opening the front gate. I would highly recommend and would stay again if I’m back in Puerto Rico! Great access to multiple beaches lots of food! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Book here now!!

Honestly this was one of the best VRBO experience we’ve had. From the communication at booking with the owners, to the immaculate cleanliness and well stocked home, to the locations (we tend to love off the beaten path places). The neighborhood was safe and awesome, the home walkable to the beach, the house is well stocked with beach stuff (towels, kayaks, bookie boards…etc). I’m not sure we’ll ever return to Puerto Rico but if we do we will definitely be staying here again.

Cozy Beachhouse

The home was just as described. Although the beach wasn’t one you could swim in, it was nice being so close to the water. The home had everything we needed and loved taking the beach chairs with us to Crash Boat in Aguadilla. Pilar was excellent in helping us when we arrived and Felix was great too when I had an issue with the washing machine, but that was more user error. We will definitely be back!!

Close to Beach!

Owner and Property manager were very responsive! My husband enjoyed the charcoal grill. Kitchen was well supplied! We enjoyed using the beach towels and chairs that were provided! This house was perfect for our family of five. We had enough space to spread out. We only experienced one power outage on our last evening for a little over an hour and fortunately we had planned on grilling our dinner outside. We had stayed 4 days during excessive heat first week in June. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

The home is even lovelier in person! They did a spectacular job with the details and home decoration. We were a group of 6 and it was super comfortable. Never felt crowded. The home has everything you need for your stay and for enjoying the beach. You have various restaurants minutes away by car and a short drive to Rincon. The host was attentive and wanted to make sure everything was ok during our stay. It is a very quiet area and we felt safe during our stay. Thank you for a great stay we really enjoyed it!!
