Lake Maggiore / Agrate Conturbia: luxury holiday in nature

Luxurious detached house for 2/3 people in a large agricultural estate and horse farm. The property is in turn encased in a huge green lung of woods, meadows and wildlife reserve. The deer are at night to sneak hay to the horses, foxes make marameo our dachshunds and we all live with joy the beauty of this magical place.

The house consists of a living room, a double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a small private garden. Wherever furniture and furnishings of antiques and Tuscan 800 paintings, Macchiaioli of the private collection of the property. Breakfast and catering in the villa on request are prepared after appropriate agreements.
Satellite TV and internet access are included. Possibility of a third bed. A large pellet stove rejoices in the winter evenings. Dogs are welcome.

Located next to the manor house, the house has a small private garden but guests have, of course, freedom of movement in the park and in the pool, where on summer evenings there is often the spectacle of dozens and dozens of deer and fallow deer coming out of the forest to graze and hawks hunting for prey.

Luxurious independent apartment for 2/3 people within at large agricultural property with horse breeding. The property is encircled by a huge green area, surrounded by woods, meadows and wildlife. Deers sneak up at night to eat the horses' hay, foxes mock our dachshunds and we all enjoy the beauty of this magical place.
The House Consists of a living room, a bedroom, open kitchen and bathroom. Furniture, antiques and paintings are all of the eighteen hundred Tuscan period, part of the property's private collection. Upon request, breakfast and catering can be prepared in the villa after appropriate agreements.
Satellite TV and internet connection are included. An extra bed can be arranged. A great pellet stove Welcomes winter evenings. Dogs are welcome.
Located next to the mansion, the House has a small private garden but guests are, of course, allowed freedom of movement in the Park and swimming pool, where on summer evenings is not uncommon to see dozens of deer coming out of the forest to graze falcons and hunting for prey

A little oasis.

Host was very helpful, recommending restaurants and places of interest to visit. Accommodation was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery. There was the addition of a bbq if you preferred. The bed was very comfortable. My one suggestion would be to update the bedding. It was dated and although clean could do with a refresh. If you are an animal lover this property is perfect for you. Horses, donkeys, cats and dogs all on the property, plus lots of local wildlife to see.

A wonderful find

What a wonderful find - a breathtakingly beautiful area, lovely accommodation and a truly kind, friendly family. Whether you want to relax by the pool, looking into the countryside beyond to spot deer, or explore the stunning Lake Maggiore and surrounding areas - this is the ideal place from which to do it. There is an abundance of animal life at the property, (cats, dogs, horses, donkey, deer) and fantastic scenery all around. We could never tire of the nearby stunning mountain views, or swimming in the beautiful lake and eating at the many outstanding restaurants on offer - we are already planning when to return! Thank you Cristina and family for a wonderful holiday!

Séjour très agréable dans un environnement magnifique !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison située à l'intérieur d'une magnifique propriété. Le lieu est idéalement situé, entre lac Majeur et lac d'Orta. L' environnement est lui aussi exceptionnel puisqu'en pleine nature, nous sommes entourés d'animaux, chevaux, chiens et chats très sympathiques, chevreuils, daims, etc. La maison est spacieuse et très très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable, avec tous les produits de première nécessité prévus à notre arrivée. Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis par Cristina et Carlotta qui ont été attentives à toutes nos attentes et nos besoins. Nos échanges quotidiens et leurs conseils ont été très enrichissants, nous leur renouvelons nos remerciements ! Un grand merci aussi à Marica qui est d'une grande gentillesse ! Bref, un séjour inoubliable très réussi, à renouveler ! Grazie mille !!!

Perfect Holiday

We spent a week in August in this appartment with our dog Driek. It was a perfect week; the appartment, the pool, the hospitality and the nice dogs of Cristina, the calmness of the area! We all enjoyed it and loved it. We can recommend this appartment to every person who likes serenity and wants to relax. But it is also a great place to visit the lakes in the neighborhood or to visit Milan! In short: for us it was a perfect holiday.
