"When we reached the hotel the owner told us that they do not have our reservation but to help us they can put us in another hotel somewhere else. The hotel where they brough us is very bad, there were only 3 beds for 4 guests. Ad the worst part of it is that even if they did not have our reservation they kept the money :-). They refused to reimburse us even a part of the price. We paid a lot for a suite with Jacuzzi and we ended up in a very small room with nothing. For the same exhorbitant...

They had good wifi and although they didn't have parking, we were always able to find something nearby. The things I didnt love were that check-in was done remotely and I didnt know that until we arrived nor were instructions sent to me so we had to call their management company.
