Property Description:
Exclusive farmhouse with heated private pool, a few steps from Nuraghe Tuttusoni and only 900 m from the prestigious Portobello di Gallura park.
Typical Gallura rural building, recently transformed into an elegant country residence by the famous Florentine architect Ilaria Carapelli.
The eclectic solarium garden hosts an open-air bedroom with soft cushions, perfect to enjoy the sea view and, in the evening, admire the stars.
The veranda features a comfortable lounge and dining area, and another dining space is shaded by a centenary oak.
The farmhouse includes a bright living room with two fully equipped independent kitchens.
There are five air-conditioned bedrooms opening onto the garden-pool. Three are double with en-suite bathrooms; one double has an external bathroom with shower serving also the living area.
The last bedroom has an independent entrance, en-suite bathroom with shower, and two French beds.
