The brand new villa was designed by a renowned French architect. You will feel at the end of the world (no direct neighbourhood), while being only minutes from the famous village of Elounda.

It has numerous terraces equipped with adjustable bioclimatic pergolas and breathtaking views of the UNESCO Heritage-listed Spinalonga Island, Mirabello Bay and the Sitia Mountains in the background. The door windows make it possible to enjoy this incredible landscape and give the impression of sailing on the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.

The house offers all the comforts of a 5-star hotel with perfect insulation (acoustic and thermal) and a very functional plan guaranteeing privacy and tranquility for everyone. It is organized into three distinct wings (two on the upper floor and one on the lower floor), each wing consisting of 2 bedrooms. Thus, the villa can easily accommodate three families. Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own shower/bath room and offers incredible views of Spinalonga Island or the beautiful Elounda Bay.

For those who want to stay in shape, you can enjoy a fully equipped gym, while watching the news or listening to music. The villa is also equipped with a home cinema with incredible sound and image quality. For music lovers, the house has sonos speakers in all rooms and around the pool. Finally, for families with young children, we have all the necessary equipment (travelling beds, high chairs, baby cook...)

Unsere Familie ( 11 Personen) verbrachten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser absolut tollen Villa. Dieses Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, tolle Aussicht und vieles mehr. Auch die Möglichkeit, sich zwischenzeitlich zurückziehen zu können, ist ein echtes plus in dieser sehr grosszügigen Villa. Jeder einzelne von uns behält diese 2 Wochen in den besten Erinnerung. Danke auch an die bestens organisierte Betreuung der Gäste! Ruth

An amazing villa!!!!

A group of us stayed here to celebrate our wedding and honestly everyone absolutely loved it. The views are incredible and the house is so well equipped not to mention we loved the electronic shutters in each room so that we could have a lie in, in the morning. Honestly such an incredible villa, we cant wait to come back!

Wunderschöner Blick über die Bucht ! Modernes Haus , sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet . Es fehlt an nichts ! Wir hatten eine tolle Betreuung durch den Manager und alle waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Every where you look is beautiful!

The villa was perfect! It was beautifully designed and the attention to detail was amazing. We were a group of 10, 3 families staying prior to a wedding at the Blue Palace and the location was great. Plenty of room and privacy if wanted. It was also perfect for having other family join us for a lunch and great for taking group pictures all over the lovely landscaped property. The view from any direction was superb!!!! The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, utensils everything you would need to make your own meals and multiple dining areas all over the place. We were all dazzled by the wonderfulness of it all. Highly recommend! Wish I was still there!!!

Amazing holiday at Villa Olivia

We stayed at Villa Olivia with 3 couples of friends and I have to say it is like a dream on Earth ! We had an amazing, relaxing and unforgettable holiday there. The house is in a superb location, overlooking Spinalonga and the Bay of Mirabello, with no direct neighbourhood, and only a few minutes drive from the center of Elounda where you can find supermarkets, shops and everything you need. The owners and the manager advised us very nice restaurants in Elounda, Plaka and Agios Nikolaos. The villa in itself is very well-planned and has incredible views. Each room has its own bathroom and has an amazing see view… My husband spent some time in the fitness and said the machines were of very high quality. Also, we watched movies all together in the cinema room and we must admit the sounds and the pictures are amazing! We will definitely come back and we highly recommend Villa Olivia !
