"This is a premium property. Its elegant entrance with the fireplace burning was so inviting. We received an upgraded room that was stunning and very spacious. The bathroom was clean an well appointed with good water pressure. Breakfast was very good with hardworking and exceptionally friendly staff that felt like friends. Parking was abundant and it was an easy walk to stores and dining in the heart of Killarney. Outstanding and would recommend this hotel to anyone "

The entire resort was in impeccable condition and every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. "We were so comfortable in our spacious room that we booked an extra night. Besides the bedroom that included comfortable chairs and a bonus twin bed, our bathroom was luxurious. A sink for each of us, wardrobe for our clothes, and a separate tub and shower were lit up by a skylight. The room we stayed in also had a mini fridge, coffee/tea service and a desk with TV overhead.
