"Air Condition didn't work and stayed at 82-84 degrees entire stay. Trash on back balcony not removed from previous unknown amount of people staying there. Refund asked for in part (25) but not given despite owner saying he'd review with team. Hopefully fixes are made and someone better manages the property, because the person of contact has hired help that is letting things go unfixed."

"Alexander was very communicative and worked to accommodate our every need. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. We cooked a couple meals and ate out a couple times - recommend Le Peeps for breakfast and Bandanas for BBQ. The area is downtown St Jo, and looks sketchier than it is. There are a bunch of places to walk to for food and drink. Recommend The Den for a quiet drink (alcoholic and non alcoholic) in a cozy, lounge type atmosphere. Loved the Pony Express Museum and Jesse James...

"Overall, it was okay. You get what you pay for, and this was one of the cheapest lodging options. My biggest complaint is that the apartment smelled of old cigarettes, which is an allergy trigger for me. If I would have had the means, I would have cancelled the stay and found another place immediately. Luckily I came prepared with abundant allergy meds. There was food left from the previous guest. No dish soap. And one of the in-wall heaters was too loud to use (it sounded like it was going to...
