一番最初に案内された部屋が本当に無理だった。洗面所がカビだらけ。どうにか寝ようとしたけど、深夜2時まで寝れず、部屋を変えてもらった。変えてもらった部屋はなんとか大丈夫だった。カビは気になったけど。その時に対応してくれたスタッフはとても良い人だった。あと、オールインクルーシブって書いてあったのに、何回問い合わせても対応してもらえず、嫌な気持ちになった。あの表記はやめてほしい。結局ゴールドパスを買ったけど、良いなと思うところは別途請求が多かったから要注意。ホームページには書いてないからずるい。ちゃんと書くべきだと思う。
